| AN OLD FRIEND'S MOTHER JUST PASSED AWAY IN WASHINGTON |

We've just learned that Sue Owen Kirk's mother, Helen Owen, just passed away at the United Presbyterian Home. A memorial service was held there last week-end. We want to express our sympathy to Sue and to her siblings, Brian, Sally, Alice, and Jim. I remember Helen fondly. She was one of my mother's good friends and enjoyed Bridge as much as my mother!
