My gosh, has it really been 50 years?  I remember my folks putting me on a train headed west for the US Air Force Academy in CO in June 1960.  After 31 years in the Air Force, with stops along the way in Selma, AL (for pilot training), CA, FL, Viet Nam, MA, back to AL, back to MA, MO, back to CO, back to AL, to OK, to VA, back to AL, to SHAPE Belgium, and finally back to OK, where we (Sandy and our two daughters) finally found our "forever home".

After retiring from the Air Force, I was a counselor at a local junior college for five years.

Sandy and I are now quite active in the local "Master Gardeners" program here.  We also enjoy playing bridge, and activities with our family.  Our two granddaughters try to keep us young and busy.

The Reunion Committee has done an exceptional job putting this all together.  They have a thankless task and I really appreciate their hard work.  Looking forward to seeing everyone next September.

Tom and I are still living north of West Chester on our acreage.  Andy and his wife, Jane live in West Chester, Jen is in Sigourney, and Kari and husband Ryan and 2 children live near Kalona.  Andy has a son who lives in Cedar Rapids.  I am still working at Tindal Law Office approximately 24 hours a week.  Tom is still helping an area farmer in the fall, so I guess you could say we are semi-retired.  Not much else new since we last saw you.

Worked in Iowa City for 10 years.  Been farming since 1965 where I still live and farm.  I farm together with my wife, Joan, and son, Pat.  We have hogs and my son has a cattle herd.

We're still in Davenport where two of our three sons also reside and five of our seven grandchildren.  Our oldest son and his family live in New Jersey.  They have a son and a daughter--our only granddaughter!  I work half time as a nurse consultant for a pharmacy that provides medication to nursing homes in Davenport and  southeast Iowa.  I look forward to getting togther again in 2010!
